 Download and install was straightforward and was without hitch. Product is easy to use, insert your CD an click on Add CD and it reads the disk information and finds the album and track information from the internet. One drawback is that if you accidentally recatalogue the same CD again it does not warn you but adds it again with a suffix. You can add binder/wallet numbers in the location field to help find CDs. Thanks for the review.This was not what I was looking for. I was looking to find a program that we could adapt for use in a rescue mission. This would work for basics but we also have other services we track; laundry, three meals a day, Bible studies, showers, and such, all tracked by whether they stay with us or walk in from the street.
 I tried downloading this a few different ways and I couldn't get the software to install. File is much bigger than it claims to be. Looks like other people had the same problem. Hello! Let's fix it!

 King Smart Hotel System download Hello, I was unable to download the program, the website said 52mb and the download shoed 102mb, even with a 3g connection it was too large, and took too long, unfortunately I have not tried it.
 Poor stuff. Can't get in open from zip!
